And her huge dog is included in the cool party! =) Hayden Panettiere celebrated her 19th birthday last August 21 but she waited until Sunday afternoon (August 24) for her big pool party with family and friends. Hayden wore a super sexy gold sparkly two-piece bikini along with a gold “Rockstar” necklace and a big pointed purple party hat that got the attention of everybody. And her verdict? The whole incident was just blown way out of proportion by the sheriff who talked to the media. Hayden Panettiere’s father, Alan, was previously arrested for felony spousal abuse last August 11 but was released on bail the same day. He was seen jogging with his wife, Lesley, the next morning. Hayden told Extra,

“It was blown way out of proportion by a sheriff who wanted his 15 minutes of fame.”

Hayden Panettiere also added that their family is coping well after the incident. She said,

“My family is wonderful. So very happy. We’re all great.”

Alan Panettiere has previously insisted that it was all a mistake, telling Extra that “nothing actually happened” and called the incident a “misunderstanding”.

Often, we see our fave Heroes babe signing autographs amiably for her fans whenever she leaves a restaurant or any event. But, Hayden Panettiere admits she gets “annoyed” when fans stalk her. Being wise beyond her tender years of 19, she understands why people is interested in her, but finds it a little overbearing when people follow her around. Hayden Panettiere explains,

“You do get used to the fascination people have in you or the show but you never really get used to people stalking you. That’s not something you are ever going to get used to. You just get more and more annoyed with it.”

I only have one thing to say Hayden Panettiere – get used to it gurl! You will still become a bigger star and with that, comes bigger paparazzi and fans entourage. LOL!

Our fave Heroes babe has bought a multi-million dollar home in Los Angeles recently but owing to its proximity to her parents’ home, she’s finding it difficult to give up her home comforts for the past 18 years. According to a source close to Hayden Panettiere,

“She’s hardly ever in her new house. She’s been at home with her mother more than ever and uses her house like a glorified closet. She just keeps all her stuff there, especially all the clothes she is sent, and throws the odd party. Then it’s home to mum again.”

LOL! Can’t blame Hayden Panettiere if she’s still “stuck” with her parents. After all, they are a tight-knit family. Her 3,120-square-foot property boasts three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a pool. Pretty large for a single person eh??

Our fave Heroes babe is once again gracing Dooney & Bourke’s latest bag ad campaign. This time, Hayden Panettiere is shilling for the new leather Dooney & Bourke “Florentine Vacchetta” handbags. Pictured below, from top to bottom are Letter Carrier, Domed Satchel, and Bucket Bag. Did Hayden give justice to the bags’ pretty design? In other words, did she model them well?? Hehe!

Why did I say that? Mmm, maybe because she risked her life to save the dolphins, and because she says she’ll do it again. Hehe! Hayden Panettiere explained,

“I’m a Leo. I’m feisty and opinionated, God knows.”

So yeah, she has no regrets for her dolphin activism despite a warrant of arrest for her demonstration activities in Japan. Sometimes I think, couldn’t Hayden Panetttiere just write a check or hold some kind of fundraiser to help out for beloved dolphins?? She says no and explains,

“I’m a hands-on kinda gal, not much of a sit-back-and-watch (person). I like to be involved in everything. I was the same way when I was in school. I enjoy adrenaline, I enjoy having an opinion and standing up for something that I believe in. Putting myself sometimes in the line of danger.”

Yeah, danger! No wonder she’s so at home in Heroes which is action-packed. As for her scary experience in Japan, Hayden Panettiere denies being scared about it and said, “No. No! It rocks my world (laughs).”

Her days of wearing ultra-tight black leather “villainy” outfits are over. These days, Hayden Panettiere is back shooting episodes of Heroes‘ third season as the goody-goody indestructible cheerleader. Of course, her scenes are action-packed as usual =) Heroes will return to the air with new episodes on September 22, and Hayden is quite excited about it. She says,

“It is the same action, high-energy, adventure and cliff-hangers that it was in the first season. A lot of the core characters are working together and crossing paths again so it’s so much fun for us to film. It’s incredible. It’s just coming out wonderfully and I think the audience will be very excited.”

Hayden Panettiere is also happy with the direction of her character, Claire Bennett. The 18-year old actress shares,

“We bounce back and forth a little bit from present to future, and my future character is very different from my present character. So it’s very cool to have the ability to stretch my wings a little bit.”

The day after Alan Panettiere was arrested on domestic abuse (he was immediately released on bail), he was seen walking the dogs with Lesley Vogel, the alleged abuse victim. Yup, that’s them above! Uhh, so what happened?? According to Hayden Panettiere’s parents, the matter has been “completely blown out of proportion.” The Panettieres have since appeared on TV in an effort to clear up what they call a huge mix-up. Alan and Lesley tells Extra,

“It was all a big misunderstanding. Nothing actually happened.”

The spat apparently started after Hayden’s dad accused his wife Lesley of “hanging” with someone and “disrespecting” him in a party. He then hitted her three times on the face. Against the advice of the paramedics on the scene, Lesley refused to go to the hospital for her injuries. The police did however take some pictures of her bruises. A spokesman for Hayden Panettiere’s parents also told Extra,

“They love each other very much and want everyone to know that the matter was completely blown out of proportion.”

The Heroes couple usually prefer to enter a party or event separately. Thus, you never almost never see Hayden Panettiere and Milo Ventimiglia together at the red carpet entrance. But, it’s a different story once they’re inside the party place. The two have been rumored to be very sweet with lots of public displays of affection when in an event not covered by photogs inside. Recently, Hayden Panettiere and Milo Ventimiglia were spied leaving the Whaleman Foundation party in Eva Longoria’s Beso restaurant in LA. Of course, fans and paparazzi swarmed over them. It was also reported that Milo ran over a photog’s foot as he drove away. Yikes!! Enjoy their photos!
